how the ministry works
Grow + Thrive Coaching Ministries is the non-profit arm of Grow + Thrive Coaching, founded by Gered and Brandi Lambert in Geismar, Louisiana. We partner with local churches and mission organizations to provide wholistic well-being coaching to church staff, missionaries, and ministry families — with rates subsidized by our donor community so that cost is never a barrier to care.
The curriculum behind the ministry
What does it look like when a person genuinely thrives — not just survives? When someone is healthy in body, soul, relationships, and spirit? When they lead, work, and love from overflow rather than depletion?
The Rooted to Rise series is the Grow + Thrive Coaching curriculum designed to make that vision real. Built for anyone ready to move from surviving to genuinely thriving, the series walks you through five foundational pillars — Biological, Psychological, Social, Spiritual, and Leadership Well-Being — through 31 short, focused video sessions paired with a guided Companion Workbook.
